Owen Quincy

My name is Owen Quincy, and I’m a musician based in Utah. I started out studying opera in college, spending my summers performing in opera houses in Italy. Despite my admiration for the art form, I found my true love was in my connection with an audience, so I walked away, embracing folk and alternative music. I am now beginning to perform around the American West.

This is when I wrote Lyre Man, my Schubert inspired concept record coming out in September of 2025.  It is rich in poetry and leitmotifs (for all the opera nerds out there) but it was vitally important to me that each and every song be able to stand on its own two feet, and after having worked with some incredible people, I couldn't be happier with what it has turned into.
